No, when you complete the Quiz and choose your preferred meal plan, you make a one-off payment.
Once your current plan expires, if you wish, you can buy extra meal plans for future months.
After successful payment, your well-crafted, personalized, easy-to-follow Meal Plan is ready! You will receive an email with a link to create your password. Login to your profile and get full access to all futures.
You will receive log-in details immediately after payment has been completed.
Your plan is accessible on any device.
We recommend at least 3-4 meals daily for healthy weight loss. According to many experts eating 4-5 small meals a day is better than eating 3 big meals as it keeps your metabolism high during the day.
You can always adjust a recipe and lower the amount of the ingredients to make it work with the food you have available and your tastes.
Our recipes are based on ingredients that will rebalance your microbiome, so we recommend not adding ingredients you have not met in your personalized diet plan. But feel free to add any spices as per your taste.
The product is nonessential to the recipe, and you can prepare it without them. The essential ingredients are always based on your food preferences. If you are unsure about a particular product, don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team.
To get the best results out of your diet, we recommend following your meal plan and avoiding cheat meals. But you can always have a nice cup of tea, and remember – NO sugar or other sweeteners.
